MICHAEL BLOOMBERG is the founder of Bloomberg LP. He served as Mayor of New York City from 20022013 and was appointed as the Special Envoy for Cities and Climate Change by the U.N. Secretary-General in 2014. CARL POPE is the former Executive Director and Chairman of the Sierra Club. He is now the principal adviser at Inside Straight Strategies and serves as a Senior Climate Adviser to Bloomberg.
