Pan Macmillan India against book piracy!

Support the Art. End Piracy.

At Pan Macmillan India, we believe that every book is a labor of love, representing years of dedication by our authors and editorial teams. Piracy is not just a copyright violation; it is an organized theft that directly threatens the livelihood of the creators we represent.

We are writing to share a significant update regarding our ongoing efforts to safeguard the intellectual property of our writers. Between March 25th and March 31st, our anti-piracy team successfully coordinated a series of simultaneous enforcement actions across Pune and Delhi.

These operations were not just about recovering physical copies; they were designed to dismantle the very infrastructure of the piracy trade. By targeting primary production units and major distribution hubs, we have successfully disrupted the flow of counterfeit content to several major e-commerce platforms and logistics providers.

We remain dedicated to upholding the standards of the publishing industry and ensuring that our authors' intellectual property is never compromised. Our commitment is to ensure that only genuine, high-quality work reaches our readers, and we will not rest until the rights of our authors are fully protected.

How You Can Help

The most powerful tool against piracy is an informed and ethical reading community.

Support the creators you love. Always purchase through authorized retailers. If you encounter suspicious listings on e-commerce platforms, please report them.
